         Case Management: When you create a case, you need to fill in the patients name, age, gender, case information, doctors name, dental practices name so that you can carry out the scanning and design work.

         Account Information: When you register or login to your account, you need to submit your account (either email or mobile phone number), country/region, user name, and password.

         Report: You can compile specific patients information and patient clinical data into a report and generate a QR code to send to the patient for review, such a report may include oral health examination report and orthodontic simulation report.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our services, communicate with you. We use your information for the following purposes:

         Account Creation: We may process your information so you can create and log in to your account, as well as keep your account in working order.

         Providing Services: To deliver the products and services you have requested.

         Communication: To respond to your inquiries, provide updates on your orders, and solve any potential issues you might have with the requested service.

Please note that we may deny your request if retaining the information is necessary for us to provide products and services you requested, perform the contract with you, detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, intellectual property infringement, violations of our contracts or agreements, violations of law or fulfill other legal obligations.
